A well-established and growing building services contractor is seeking a BMS Service Engineer to join its specialist division. The Role
You’ll deliver service, fault-finding and small works across multiple projects, working both independently and alongside an experienced team.
Key duties:

• Commissioning small BMS systems
• Fault finding & diagnostics
• Point-to-point checks
• Graphics modifications
• Sensor & actuator calibration
• Supporting software strategy implementation
• Client & site liaison

Systems & protocols:

• Tridium
• Trend Control Systems
• Centraline
• Distech Controls
• Modbus, BACnet, Lon

Requirements

• Strong HVAC and BMS strategy knowledge
• Experience with Trend, Tridium and Centraline
• Understanding of VFDs and controls equipment
• IT literate (Excel, Word, Outlook)
