BMS Service Engineer

About the Role
We’re supporting one of the UK’s leading independent Building Management Systems (BMS) specialists in their search for an experienced BMS Support Engineer to join their growing team in the South West

You’ll be responsible for providing service and support across a range of BMS systems, carrying out maintenance, fault diagnostics, and small works, ensuring systems are performing at their best and clients receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
• Undertake preventative maintenance and diagnostics on BMS/BEMS systems in line with service level agreements
• Carry out small repairs and remedial works to maintain system performance
• Respond to reactive callouts and system failures, ensuring minimal downtime
• Produce concise and accurate service reports following PPM visits
• Maintain and update service schedules and trackers for visibility and compliance
About You
• Proven background within the building controls or BMS/BEMS industry
• Strong understanding of mechanical plant and building services
• Experience working with Trend and IQ Vision systems (additional experience with Tridium, Schneider EcoStruxure, or ALC would be an advantage)
• Confident in fault finding, diagnostics, and resolving technical issues
• Full UK driving licence and CSCS or equivalent
