A well-established and growing building automation & HVAC controls provider is expanding its presence across Texas and is looking to hire BAS / Controls Technicians at various experience levels.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a technically strong team delivering projects and service work across commercial offices, healthcare, education, and mission-critical environments.

The role:

As a BAS Technician, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Installation, service, troubleshooting, and maintenance of building automation systems

  • Working with controllers, sensors, actuators, VAVs, and HVAC field devices.
  • Diagnosing system faults and supporting commissioning activities
  • Carrying out upgrades, small works, and reactive service calls

  • Working directly with customers on-site and representing the business professionally

Systems & tech exposure

Experience with one or more of the following is preferred:

  • Tridium Niagara (N4)

  • Johnson Controls (Metasys)

  • Siemens (Desigo)

  • Schneider (EcoStruxure)

  • Honeywell or similar BAS platforms

What you need:

  • Proven experience as a BAS / Controls / HVAC Controls Technician

  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and control strategies

  • Comfortable working independently in the field

  • Good communication and customer-facing skills

  • Valid driver’s license
