Interior Designer

Unify is excited to announce a new opportunity for a mid-weight interior designer with a focus on luxury residential & hospitality projects based in London. Our client is an acclaimed design studio, which has a tradition of nurturing the growth of their team, encouraging them to take an active role in shaping their culture and work. This is a hybrid role which offers 3 days per week in office and 2 days working remotely.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Assist in the development of design concepts and presentations for luxury residential and hotel projects.
  • Contribute to space planning, furniture layouts, and material selections under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Utilise Revit software to create 3D models, drafting, and documentation.
  • Prepare presentation materials, including renderings, mood boards, and sample boards.
  • Collaborate with other members of the team to implement design concepts into the project plans.
  • Assist in client meetings, presentations, and project coordination activities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, products, and materials to support design decisions.

Essential:

  • Degree or equivalent in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in luxury residential or hospitality interior design, preferably with a focus on hotels.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
  • Strong design skills with the ability to generate creative ideas and solutions.
  • Experience with space planning and resourcing materials
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant design projects and software proficiency.
