2017
Did you know we were originally named Dawson Levy?
šOur directors founded the company with the goal of redefining the recruitment industry, taking a people-first approach to connect candidates to clients.

2020
Our team was growing, and it was time to move to bigger premises, our first office at Gatcombe House š
2021
The first company holiday. The team smashed their incentive target and flew out to Albufeira, Portugal for some sun by the sea šļø

2023
Big move! We relocated our office to Gunwharf Quays, marking a new exciting chapter for our team. This reflects our commitment to provide the best environment for collaboration, creativity and success.
2024
We rebranded as Unify, unveiling a new logo, refreshed positioning, and an updated website, all with the same mission: helping businesses source the best talent out there.
We launched the Unify Business Academy, a platform designed to empower recruiters to start their own business in a specific industry, all with the support of the Unify umbrella.
By the end of the year our Managing Consultant Liam Baggaley acquired 15% of the company shares.
Today
Thanks to the effort we put on our branding and company culture, our headcount has more than doubled over the last year. Most of our consultants currently lead a recruitment desk in their field of expertise and we are looking to expand into new industries!
