Mechanical Assembly Supervisor

We’re partnering with a leading provider of innovative, prefabricated building services and energy solutions across the UK and Europe, as they continue to grow their assembly operation in Banbridge.
We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Assembly Supervisor to lead and support the day-to-day mechanical assembly operation, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to the required quality standards.
The role will involve:
- Supervising and developing the mechanical assembly team and subcontractors
- Planning workloads, allocating labour and monitoring productivity
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and build requirements
- Managing materials, machinery, non-conformances and production queries
- Working closely with project, production and fabrication teams
- Supporting FAT activities and providing hands-on guidance where required
- Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, housekeeping and 5S
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a Mechanical Supervisor role
- Relevant MEP trade qualification
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage workload and deliver under pressure
- Good Microsoft Office/Excel skills
- Full driving licence
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to motivate a team

Hours: Monday–Thursday 7:30am–5pm | Friday 7:30am–3pm
